I am not receiving a login code
Check your spam folder and make sure your email address is correct. You can request a new code in the app after 60 seconds. You can also sign in directly with Apple or Google, so no code is needed.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Go to Profile → Restore purchases. Your lifetime purchase is linked to your Apple ID and can be reactivated for free on any device signed in with the same Apple ID.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Edit profile → Delete account. Your profile and the trips you created are removed immediately and permanently; on trips where you were a member, your name is anonymised. You will receive a confirmation by email.
Inviting someone to a trip
Add a crew member with their email address. As soon as they sign in with that address, the invitation is waiting and can be accepted with one tap.
